Secret Australian JDM crew | Tokyo Drift in REAL LIFE…
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Last weekend we were in Australia and decided to check out the local car scene, especially the Australian JDM car scene in Melbourne. We met a JDM car crew in a Daikoku style car park under a freeway, to go run the streets at night Fast and Furious style! What an awesome night with awesome people!

I love how Nakai does it himself. He could probably easily train a few people, pump out the builds and make a lot more money. But would rather keep it to his standard by doing it himself.

part of the charm and the high price people pay is because he does it himself.

Doing it himself keeps the demand and exclusivity, he might make more money short-term by 'industrialising' the situation, but it would soon stop when every porsche in the world has a kit and nobody cares anymore 😂
What an honor to be able to see Nakai San creating an RWB. It's definitely a "pinch me" moment and for most it's only a dream, so congratulations boys. You have worked very hard to have that opportunity, so thank you for sharing it with us mere mortals, lol. The 7/11 drive was a perfect "Japan experience" as well, looked sick.
Epic lads, thanks for kicking around and hanging out with our 356 and our RWB build. Builds are meant to be shared, cheers with a blue lagoon 🤣

I think that might be the sickest Porche I've ever seen...not the blue one but the ALL STEEL one!! No paint, no wrap, no bondo covering up any rust holes or blemishes...just honest steel. 😍🤩🥰💯

NGL the newer porche is cool but that 356 sooo epic( i think its cause iv owned so many worked beetles in the past haha)
Proper good vid this boys! That bagged RX7 is sick, it’d be good to see more on that some day & to spend time in the presence of Akira Nakai San is farkin amazing, what an honour! So many cool cars presented beautifully, good work Josh 👍🏻
So sick. Tons of awesome cars topped off by the RWB build! Seeing him, finished with the build, on a lone couch in the center with a beautiful Japanese girl both chain smoking cigs is a vibe for sure lol.
Cracking quality vid. Thanks for the free entertainment lads. (something about that all steel Porsche too, not into the rat rod thing but really liked it for some reason)

Get ya some of them neodymium magnets out of a couple of old computer hard drives, trust me they'll hold, damn near broke my finger the firet time i played with them, super strong, i use them in the workshop to hold spanners, screw drivers hammers etc to the wall
Great video guys, Wouldn't jimmy oaks porsche look well with an RWB kit on it

Awesome to see that you guys met Nakai-san and seen him build an RWB in person! Ive met him earlier this year in the Netherlands, and watching him work is an insane experience. If anyone has the chance to visit him at a public build, RWB HQ or maybe even a private build, go do it, its worth it and definitely a once in a lifetime experience for many people
Animal style t shirt. Respect
Do you remember when the mg zs was a proper car
OOOOF plates shown.......... melbourne, i can't see what can go wrong here. :S
Did @bez media do the rolling shots?
Fun fact. Nakai hates being a monkey in a circus for all the people that make him building a car a spectacle

Yeah but that’s Melbourne where half the owners take loans to build a car
@OutlawGarage

Be cool if you checked out Nz car scene too 🔥🔥
The whole standing round watching Nakai lop off a fender and cheering is so cringe 😂 like the cars are cool but kinda elevating it over any kinda reality
🙂

I wonder how people get away with having such low ground clearance in Australia. I want to put side skirts on my car but I’m worried I’ll get defected for typical lame “100mm ground clearance” rules we have here 🙄

I don't get why its a big deal that this guy fits body kits to 911's? it's not like he has any additional skill to any other bodywork guy, except he smokes while doing it.
@trueloverofdarkness

He’s the creator and designer of the kit itself. It’s his name, his brand, his work. You simply cannot purchase a genuine RWB body kit and not have Nakai-San be the one to fit it. It’s just how it has always been. The man is a master of the craft, and like Dave said, his method of attack is completely different to what the world is used to seeing today.
@L0000NEY

@@trueloverofdarknessI get that, but it's nothing but a body kit at the end of the day. some people really get caught up in a whole bunch of BS IMO.
@trueloverofdarkness
8 ай бұрын
@@L0000NEY I mean.. I can’t argue that, haha. It is just another bodykit. I for one would never. But to some people, it’s the exact reason as to why they might want this kit, because of how it is done and the… ‘legacy’? it holds along with it. We car guys are all very different in many ways, but at the end of the day, we all love the same thing at heart. 🤘🏽

I don't get why the negative attitude whingers are always the guys with no content of their own.
@trueloverofdarkness

@@DavidHands youtube is an open public platform where people have the ability and option to share their thoughts and opinions in the comments. LNEY did exactly that. Whether he has content or not doesnt matter. 😂 if people had to have content of their own to be able to like and pass comment on other creators work.. KZread wouldn’t be such a free platform anymore would it? I don’t get why someone feels the need to single out someone elses comment and put them in a figurative box, all because they shared a thought of their own. 🤷🏽♂️
Dealing with the DoH (or potential future law suits) in vic could be worse than the EPA. Given its now on film, the workshop should reaquaint themselves with the current victorian tabacco laws.
