She is weak and will give you dash ability. With little practice you can defeat her even with nail doing only 1 damage. The only problematic attack is needle throw , you have to stay away and jump on opposite site.

What I love about this game, AS SOON as you get an ability it feels like HOW DID I PLAY WITHOUT IT THIS?! Like the double jump/wall climb/dash all feel so integral to traversal.

Crystal Peaks requires Desolate Dive to quickly get into, you earn it by defeating the soul master boss Unless you dont have desolate dive and you wanna spend 1800 Geo to get the lantern, I honestly think the boss fight is a lot easier process

In my opinion the lantern is easier, you can make geo pretty quickly by killing monsters and rescuing grubs. Sure, it takes longer, but at least you don't have to go insane while going through soul sanctuary every time you die.

This helped me, i was so stuck not realizing I was missing several abilities to allow me to go forward.

The video was helpful but you could have saved so much time...it could have been 7-10 minutes long. Also, why are the colors off? Is it a mod?

1:24 you dont need mothwing cloak, you can just do it like a speedrunner, you can use vengeful spirit in place of dash but dash can be helpful

But thats not the intended way… i mean, if you were doing a speedrun yes, but do you really want to skip a quite fun part in the game if you bought it for having fun? And also that would need some practice to pull of i suppose, so that would probably be a little bit difficult and it would feel very wrong, like you’re doing something thats going to mess up the game progress.

yeah but dude, it isnt a speedrun, the player watching this video is juust trying to play the game casually,, and much more difficult, plus, you need dash to enter fungal wastes, you can only get there, by using a shade skip, which is hard to get the part to the place of the shade skip, or do a really hard and precise stallball

Sound is because of Dreamshield (the flower looking thing that floats around him) Size is either Longnail or/and Mark of Pride (Charms that increase nail reach)

Did Great Slash not make the list? You can charge up an attack while moving. It's on the furthest left of GreenPath and you'll need Mothwing Cloak, Monarch Wings, Mantis Claws and Crystal Heart

Broken Vessel I'm fine with, but it took me forever to figure out that you needed to beat Dung Defender to get Isma's Tears. (I mean on my first playthrough I beat Dung Defender before even finding out about Isma's Tears, I'm more so talking about my second time.)

2 years ago.. but oh well, hornet 2nd fight is easy with stalwart shell + quick slash + lifeblood heart + Grubsong spam your nail and heal when Hornet's "tired"

It’s called a “god tuner” and it is something you get after you meet the “god seeker”. It is what allows you to complete the god master expansion pack.

@@fm_0523 without crystal dash, you can't go to Broken vessel to get mornach wings (i know the shade skip, but newbies don't know that). And without mornach wing, you can't go to hornet 2 (I know you can, by pogoing primal aspit, but newbies don't know that). And without fighting hornet 2 to get King brand, we can't enter the birth place to get the shade cloak

it is in howling cliffs climb off the wall you jump off in the beginning and go to on one geo mine secret passage in kings pass climb up the hole and go all the way down and you'll find a room go in there explore then you will find a house with a bench and go further talk to the guy sat yes and you got the 11th ability

well it is not that hard to see why ppl hating it. First off, he never tell you where is that location to get the ability, only a blank map, not to mention, he changed the color filter to make it even harder to know where he is. Second, he clearly cut the video from his first gameplay since instead of run from a check point to the location, he just killing enemy, gather soul and GEO.

Unless you're somehow just now starting the game/ colorblind and haven't done any exploring whatsoever then you should already know what map area is a certain color. This video was probably here for people who were getting into the late/end game content and somehow missed the abilities.
