She's hit so many people with phoney late charge fees when 'SHE'S' the one who never showed up for work till the 8 th day of JULY!! Then she gives 'nasty very threatening letters' to the ones she wants to kick out...esp. folks like me who stand up to her. On the 'letter' it states that you have 3 days to 'pay up' but she waits till 6 pm to have the asst manager hand out her little 'love notes' which means you only have 2 days... BUT the best part is she's out the door and gone !! Tomarrow when I confront the "B" I will be with a LAWYER, she won't see THAT coming. Shortly after that she'll be confronted with the board of health (for black mold in my apt) and the Fire Department for faulty switches.... Think she'll have a very busy day indeed !!! I wonder if a ghost that followed me and a friend back to his house might visit the manager. Himmmm🤔 I have a few videos up and you can see the black hooded ghost if you'd like. One thing after tomarrow I dout she'll want to "F" with me again. I was in the Army for 14 years. I wasn't taught to loose wars I was taught to win them.😘😄😃😂😁

A video idea could be doing a tour of a luxury high rise downtown LA apartment. Starting at the base 1 or 2 bedroom layouts, then going up the the penthouse for the end of the video.

This guy is always breakjng things, love it!
