Confidence is definitely what he needs I struggle with confidence I think the biggest thing for Anthony is that he needs to find a group of guys to be around him. Develop relationships with strong male role models have some Bros to have his back and toughen him up a little bit. Not toughen him up in a tough love kind of way nor negative way just toughen him up with confidence. Take him to the gym, workout, or go out for a run hangout with bros, get a new a new makeover, new haircut. This will instill some confidence within him he'll be a new man.
