It's the oldschool Rush n' Attack that's getting the discount, which is great cause that's the better game for sure. thanks to @chaossmash64 and @Gawlakman for this 2) Black seems to be backwards compatible! Buying it for 99 cents now will allow you to download it on One / Series. I wonder if other OG Xbox games are also like this. If anyone knows please tell us 🙂. thanks to @EZshocks for this 3) Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition DOES NOT have the DLC in the disc. That's only true for the PS3 version which is what I have and shouldn't have assumed it would be true for Xbox 360. thanks to @sonofs, @retroman3960 and @traxus12 for this correction. 4) Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 is apparently backwards compatible at least on Xbox One. It doesn't show up in the Xbox One website store, so this may be a very unique case. thanks to @chaossmash64 for this 5) Forgot to include that Remember Me is on PCs through Steam. I got this right in the last video. thanks to @Lock2002ful for this one. 6) Strider's PS4 / Xbox One version has better frame rate. thanks to @brichb87 for this 7) Space Invaders Infinity Gene is backwards compatible on One / Series. It shows up as Spece Invaders IG. Thanks to @EPolloLocs-zi6pv for this correction. 8) Street Fighter II' Hyper Fighting is NOT on PS3 PSN. Thanks to @supermahmoud for this.

That's great to know. Will add this correction to the pinned comment. Most if not all other games on this sale may exist on One / Series, but as re-releases or different versions that don't actually get the backwards compatibility feature of being able to carry over the download to newer Xboxes. I wonder now if other OG Xbox games are the same. Will try figuring this out. If anyone can help I would appreciate as I don't have newer Xboxes yet.

This is the first day I noticed it's finally at the correct price at $1.99 There was an error when the list was first revealed, and some games didn't have the correct price or were accidentally delisted.

Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition on Xbox 360 does not include the dlc on disc. It’s included as a download code which will be useless after the store closes.

Decided to get Resident Evil 4 HD for the 360 about a month ago. I chose it over the gen8 ports that run at 60fps because I saw complaints it led to small bugs like the reload animation not playing at right speed. IIRC, the original game ran at 30fps and so do the gen7 hd ports for the 360 and ps3. I have not played any of these releases to verify yet though.

interesting. I did't find these complaints, but it totally makes sense. I played RE4 only twice, once on the GC when it came out and then way later on the Wii U the Wii version with motion controls. So I never tried any of these had to relay on other people. Amazing how many versions of RE4 exist such a wonderful game

I loved the demo of Leedmees - totally awesome Kinect game from what I can tell. Curious about Suda51s Diabolical Pitch on Kinect which also seemed interesting from demo. Also, I loved Bulletstorm full clip on ps4 but had no idea that 7th gen had better graphics?? Crazy, maybe I should check it out. Arthur/ others may or may not know/care that Bulletstorm also has a recent VR version. The graphics were pretty bad initially (at least on PSVR2) but have been patched and look much better now. However VR version still lacks a bit in the destructible elements compared to the flat version.

​@@FromTheVoidGamesTotally understandable about VR - it is an expensive hobby for sure. To be honest I use VR most of all for exercise (love Synth Riders) - music in VR is transformative and motivating. It is still very niche but I hope someday VR becomes a little more mainstream and affordable.

Also I think you mentioned rush n’ attack ex patriot as one of the sale ones when actually the old arcade style rush n’ attack is the one that’s on sale

I'll vouch for Mighty no.9. The game is hard and expects you to pay attention to the environment, learn the mechanics and systems, boss tells and not spam the dash button all the time. If you want a faster paced Megaman game it's pretty fun.

Another good list anyone else notice the DLC's for many of these games cost just as much if not more than the games themselves? Also, I would also recommend for your Kinect list sesame street once upon a monster (a family game) and Child of Eden a musical rail shooter similar to Rez and one of the few backwards compatible Kinect Games.

Glad you are enjoying Duncan! They are promising that games currently on backwards compatibility will remain purchasable on One and Series, they specificly said so. But it is possible that a game be removed by the publisher on a cade by case. Note that almost all of these on this video are not actually backwards compatible, they were re-released or have different versions on One and Series, so if you buy these on 360 you wont be able to download on One or Series, save for a few exceptions.

Is the store working for anyone? I keep trying to buy and get hit with error codes. So I bought a card and tried putting it into the 360 gave error. Then I put it online and tried purchasing that way. It accepted the gift card code but still doesn’t let me buy any 360 games. Online or on console both don’t work.

The discounts are for non backwards compatible games. So yeah, you will need an Xbox 360.

Yeah, like Cranky said, this is focused on non-backwards compatible games. There are a few exceptions some people are reporting: SPace Invaders Infinity Gene and Black, for instance, are backwards compatible. But all of them must be purchased though the 360 itself or the 360 website.

Also, when looking up suggestions on how to connect the console to the internet, the console also crashes when I move onto the next suggestion.

​​@@robertmaguire1067 I have an Xbox 360 S model, which is supposed to have a built-in wifi adapter to be able to connect wirelessly on its own, and yet mine can barely do that. Even when I use an ethernet cable, the problem still persists. Either the Xbox 360 inherently has bad internet connection, regardless of model, or the console I myself have is just a faulty unit.

I only count 90 on the Xbox article added in June.

Does anyone know if they’ll have a sale for gamerpics, themes, avatar items and dlc? If not, l’m going on a shopping spree

Dead rising 2 off the record is not able to be downloaded on the 360. I called Xbox and they said it can only be downloaded on Xbox one or Xbox series. Also according to a frogger wiki site, frogger hyper arcade edition is also on ps3 and it says Wii but that was probably when the eshop was open

I'm also having these regional issues. For me it always gives me an error and doesn't allow me to purchase.

@@VogueDistortion the games usually don't even show up when that's the case. DR2:CZ I had to change regions in order to download and play. But there are cases when you can buy in another region and just play it in yours. It's a mess!

Sadly most great games are cut on the german xbox 360 store and there doesn't seem to be a way to buy on the UK store for uses with german xbox live accounts... -.-

yeah this regions restrictions suck. You can change the region of your 360, but can do it only once per year.

A parte chata é que na região do Brasil muitos desses de navinha foram tirados, não dá pra comprar... :/

Pois é. Eu tenho uma conta brasileira também e tá bem esvaziada a loja aqui. Dá pra você criar uma conta americana e trocar a região do seu 360 pra EUA daí ter acesso a todos jogos da região americana. É um processo chato mas funciona, eu faço isso.

Original xbox games cover art does not display on my games list after download. Anybody else having this issue? Very annoying.

Did you already test any of them? do they boot up normally? I ask because I heard this issue may be related to using a non official Hard Drive on your 360, and that may also cause the OG Xbox games, disc or download, to not boot up. I plan on explaining this on a later video.

Is it for North America?

Yes, North America for sure. Most are also discounted in Europe but prices vary

This is an amazing video. But sadly it will disappoint lots of people, because MS handling of the store is BS. Use the PC and it moves you to the new marketplace where the discounts are not reflected. Doing it in the 360 console and it always fail when adding payment methods.

Redeem gift cards on your PC, and you should be able to buy games on your Xbox 360. Problem solved

@@CrankyMoogle That occurred to me but MS dont like my CC. Was thinking maybe getting an US based virtual card but havent found anything that seemed secure yet. But thanks for the advice. A real shame MS seems to be putting so much roadblocks, even people in the states seem to be having issues.

​@Refreshment01 I'm from the US, and I've been buying the Xbox gift cards for years. As long as you redeem them on your PC first, you shouldn't have any issue buying games on the Xbox 360. I've heard lots of people had issues with their credit card and it seems like the Xbox gift card is the only thing that works but only if you redeem them on the Xbox website and NOT through the Xbox 360

@@CrankyMoogle Are you from US cranky? Anyway, to better explain myself. Cant add payment method directly on the 360. If using the PC i can add the payment option. However even in the PC i cant actually checkout due to MS blocking the card. Also cant buy the virtual gift cards because MS blocks the credit card. There are lots of people in this situation. MS who is all in in the digital transaction BS is losing a chunk on sales with this petty behavior. Would not buy anything directly from MS due to bs like this.

Is anybody having luck getting bionic commando rearmed 2?? The 360 keeps giving me a weird error message and I DONT wanna miss this game!! Lol

I always considered burnout 3 to be the best racing game ever made, and NFSU 2 the second best. But that was never on the store. Unfortunately i cant start any doenloaded original xbox games on my 360 anymore. One day they just stoped working.

Do you have an official xbox 360 hard drive? If you’re using a third party hard drive, og xbox games will not work. Digital or disc

@@mexicangomez31 that's great information. I've been getting a lot of people complaining about this issue of OG Xbox games, so its good to know that the Hard Drive is the issue. Thanks!

@@mexicangomez31 yeah just the hard drive it came with. I think 120 or 250 GB. And the digital version, my physical broke a long long time ago unfortunately. But the halo on disk does work somehow, even though it has a burn mark on it.

My fellow boy looking for extra cash or a kind soul with the hint to make money out of thin air. I'm already struggling with hd size... DMCHD is mos definetly not the best way, it's just serviceable for being a hackjob missing way too many visual effects, basically the reason why remasters shouldn't get a pass (ps2 games) for 2 bucks😅 2 great games+dmc 2 is enough. DmC is an offense that should be at 50c and definite edition was capcom trying to fix nt's almost shaeksperean mess but the damage was done Mn9 at 1 is better than nothing.

who would play on xbox 360 version of dmc 4 and dmc when there xbox one version ya need too do research if i has a ps4 or xbox one version bullet storm has a ultimate dlc version for the xbox one i got that on xbox one

Yeah, the versions on newer consoles are usually better, but there are exceptions like the 2 first Batman Arkham games that look much better on the 360. In many other cases the versions are different and its a matter of preference.

You're always rolling the dice with a remaster. Lead platform for the original release is almost always great in terms of QA.

I gotta voice some criticism. I’m going through the list of titles that are on sale and your thumbnails usually allow me to quickly look for and jump between game titles I’m interested in looking at. I don’t know why you didn’t just put the titles of the games in the thumbnails. Please don’t do that again. I can’t scroll through hours of hundreds of titles..

Congratulations for the most unnecessary comment of the day. I’m obviously using the list while trying to use this video which normally is easier and faster than to google every single game discounted for the information I need? You do know that’s the reason for this video to exist, right? It’s really not that hard..

​@Lock2002ful So what you're telling me is that you're incapable of using the scroll bar at the bottom of the video, and you're too lazy to look up video games individually on KZread IF you had a list. If you actually bothered to use Google you would know that there is a list that has EVERY SINGLE DISCOUNTED GAME and has prices for those games all in the same list. Gameplay and reviews of video games do exist, you know. Also, there is no way he has all 94 games in the video that were discounted, and on that note, it's not remotely realistic to put 94 titles in the thumbnail or the games he did manage to cover. If it's just a couple of games, that would be fine. I would even bet you never bothered to look at the video description either.

Hey Lock! I hear you. You are absolutely right, its more important to list the games than the fun factor I was going for there 😅have included the names of each game even if I kept some of the jokes, hope thats ok, lol. Will keep it this way going forward. No need to argue guys, Lock's criticism is valid and helpful, it was not offensive at all, totally ok. Thank you both.
