Yes, and good country music stirs the soul like nothing else. And to me that's what it's all about.

Morgan holds the record for the longest Top 10 run for an album by a single artist of all time.. also most selling artist out of any genre since beginning of last year 🔥

My 29 year old son in law was killed after an atv accident Jan 28th. He and my daughter have 3 children and had been together for 12 years, married 10, since high school. 9 1/2 years of that he served in the Army. They played this at his viewing. They played Luke Combs "Even Though I'm Leaving" at the viewing and the Memorial.

Any of Morgan’s songs from “The Dangerous Sessions” are acoustic and just amazing… personally, I like every single song he sings…

I am in my fifties and I have been to many of concerts, but I saw him last year and it was the best concert I had ever seen, he is amazing his voice is incredible!! I am seeing him again this summer in Boston!

And on the topic of co-writers, oftentimes, these mainstream music artists will hire two, three, four, or more people to help write their songs, as I’m sure you know. Nevertheless, I’m a fan myself and will be for the foreseeable future, but there are plenty of other artists out there that do the same thing. Happy to see we’re both fans though, because, at the end of the day, that’s all that matters. Have a good one! ✌️

just an observation from a very country girl... do you notice almost EVERY video of country has an American flag proudly displayed? Or a message of morality, pride for your country, or for most (not me) a love of their God. ?? Ain't nothin wrong with country music, you just have to be open to hearing the message. You are doing a great job opening your mind and seeing the good in things you aren't used to. Kudos.. !!

The country genre offers a tremendous variety of styles. For example check out Eric Church, Keith Urban, Darius Rucker and Rascal Flatts for a variety which all find a home in country. Superficially some styles don't seem country at all but you can still feel the country heart and soul. I could offer a long list of worthy songs from these artists but for a dad like yourself I'll just suggest Darius Rucker's "It Won't Be Like This For Long".

Morgan is really good. He just released a fairly new song that is basically to his mom, called 'Thought you should know'. She is in the video which makes it even more special even if it is this type of video, simple& about the lyrics.

Country never was my thing either until 3 artists broke through the barrier I had up, Florida Georgia Line, Luke Combs and MORGAN W.!!! He has such a unique raspy tone to his voice but its also is smooth and has great range!

You should definitely listen to the original of this song, it's by Jason Isbell on his 2013 Southeastern album. Personally, I think you should react to the whole Southeastern album if you can; I am a firm believer that it is lyrically one of the best Americana albums of the past 20 years! Morgan Wallen does a great job and makes it his own, but I think it would be a different experience to listen to the writer perform the song how he imagined it to be if that makes sense 😊

Yeah Jason lyrical wise is amazing but his voice doesn't even compete w morgan on this song

He has a great voice. I like his music. Lots of good songs. One that I like is a By Diplo that he and Julia Michaels covered. Heartless! That’s when I started listening to his music. I looked him up to get all of his music. I don’t listen to a lot of country music daily but the music I listen to are all artist that have that heavy country sound. There is a lot of words to describe it. Twangy, southern, rustic or even sugary. You know what I mean. Morgan’s voice is right in there. I can identify him immediately with his voice.

Morgan is amazing! My favorite is Me On Whiskey. He really doesn’t have a bad song! Also, he has a collab video. The song is called Broadway Girls. Def should check those out! ✌🏻❤️

I believe that, more than anything else, this video and performance is what eventually led to Morgan's status as country's current king. What is ironic tho is that non fans will say that they don't "get all the hype"; but since when did grassroots fans spreading the word about an artist's personality, talent, and product with almost zero industry and media "hype" count as hype? I'd contend that the opposite is true; that he has become popular in spite of having little to no hype, especially since February 2021; and imagine where his brand would be today if the genre, the media, the cities in which has done fanatical shows, and the larger music industry raved about and informed about his commercial achievements as they did, say Garth Brooks, Shania Twain, and Taylor Swift back in the day!

I love Morgan Wallen he is my fav country singer every time I listen to him I tell my family to the up the radio

Others of his to consider are ‘Sand in my Boots,’ his duet with Ernest ‘A good day for flower shops,’ or ‘Chasing You.’ For a crazy good upbeat bop, his song ‘Up Down’ with Florida Georgia line has bars you’ll enjoy. He doesn’t have a bad song.
