    Awesome . Love your videos. Love SEBO . Such a great company. I have a less than stellar dealer here . I tried to order a part twice in a year and they gave me some story of not being able to get parts . I called SEBO. They had the part. The parquet floor attachment. They were so concerned with my dealer experience that they gave me other dealers around me plus they sent me the part free to my door. They have me for life .

    Sebo has AMAZING service, both for customers and us dealers. If you call them, they will always take care of you! It's one of the only companies I work with that I can say that about with confidence!

    Great video of why is in my opinion the greatest head ever made. I like the Lindhaus heads and some of the Wessel Werk heads but nothing competes with the ET-1 and ET-2.

    I have one of these heads on my Central Vac I also have a EBK360 and I prefer the sebo because it’s quieter and it performs about the same

    Love your videos. Would you please do a teardown of the ZeroG canister vacuum? I would like to see how well the motor on the ZeroG stands up to the SEBO E-Seraies. They ZeroG seems really noisy. Is that a sign that it's built cheaply? Only you can find out. I just subscribed! 👍🏼

    I was hoping you would show how to remove the pile adjustment assembly (the wheel in the middle). I just bought my et-1 used and that part has some rust, so I want to replace it, but I can't figure it how to get it out!

    Nice video! Would be nice to see SEBO add a light and underside air dam/squeege to the ET-1 or its successor someday. However, they did add a small yellow LED that indicates the vac's powered up but that the brush roller is turned off (is otherwise green when brush's spinning).

    I would love to see a headlight on the ET-1. I've gone so far as trying to figure out how I could fit one on there that looks OEM. Maybe a project for a video someday...

    You might want to review Sebo's "soft carpet" bumper available for the ET-1. It has twice as many air vents and helps keep the nozzle from gluing itself to plush/high pile carpet. I easily added it to my ET-1 and it definitely improved performance of my E3 on my plush carpets!

    Great video! I'm considering either a Sebo ET-1 or a Wessel Werk EBK-360 for our central vacuum system. Wondering if you have an opinion? Also, wondering what cleaner and light oil that you use? Thanks!

    Hi Bob! Both are great nozzles, but I prefer the Sebo from an ownership perspective. The ease of cleaning the brushroll with no tools trumps the Wessel process (6 screw disassembly) every time. The cleaner is just windex and the oil is DuPont Silicone Oil with Teflon. Cheers!

    How do you take middle wheel off to get tangled hair out?

  • @HouseOfVacuums

    @HouseOfVacuums

    Hi there, sorry for the delayed response! You will need to remove the height adjustment assembly. In the middle of the nozzle you will find a cover that retains the wheel. Remove that and you'll be all set!

    Hi. I am in the market for either a Sebo or Miele Canister. I have two long haired pets. I know Miele is a great brand, but I have seen that they tend to need repair of broken pedal releases. Although I know the filtration of Miele is better than Sebo. Wondering if you know how many screws need to be removed from Miele to get the brush out. The Sebo is an attractive option because of the ease of brush removal, but the Miele is a bit more powerful. It is hard to choose.

  • @HouseOfVacuums

    @HouseOfVacuums

    Miele's can break their locking pedals if abused, but it isn't a rampant problem. However, the bigger issue for me the amount of labor to main that nozzle. The Miele has 6 exterior screws and more inside to get in clean the brush at the end caps. The Sebo make this much easier. I don't think there is a wrong decision, they are both good machines. That being said, i really like the ET-1 nozzle.
