sir is it an amendment where you told that nrc has 2/3 rd as ID but in module it is 1/2 ID

Sir, In NRC topic, there is 50% limit or 2/3 rd for independent director ?As in RTP, condition for SR equity shares is deleted..So the applicability of 2/3 rd is on all director or 50% is there? Please reply.

NRC shall have atleast 2/3rd ID (in listed entity having or not having Outstanding Special Rights Equity Shares.. both)
