Chris and Seb are playing two characters who have very emotional bonds and a deep friendship/brotherhood. Almost every CA fan wants to see them back together, cause that's what real friendship is, supporting each other, carrying for one another , that's why people are so enthusiastic about the relationship between those actors, cause they identify them with their characters. The fact that they are talking each other on their nicknames, means that they are good friends, not gay. You speak like there's no other possibility for two man having strong relationship without being gay (or between a man and a woman to have a platonic relation without being lovers) and that far from true and kind of sick. Friends can also love each other, otherwise we wouldn't have the word friendship or brotherhood in the dictionary. There are many kind of love, love is the greatest power that has been given to mankind and we are corrupting this concept, limiting it to one single meaning, that is mutual attraction and that's far from reality. All the men have got friends, that doesn't mean that they are gay. These actors are getting along very well, they know each other for years and become friends. It's normal, as a fan, to be happy that the actors who plays those characters (team Cap for example) are a team and good friends in the real life was well.

I wish they didn't put Chris on his own for most of the press interviews- I can see why, he's the main character, so they want all the attention on him- but he's so much happier with some of his co-stars with him, you can tell it just drains him answering the same monotonous questions over again, with nobody to support him or have fun with. His answers are always brilliant, but the lightheartedness and friendship between him, Sebastian and Anthony here and also with Hemsworth previously is so much more fun to watch. I like it when he can completely be himself.
