Haha, heard a lot of variations on this, like 'fit and fatigued' or 'fit and ill', but this one is by far my favourite :D.

My 4, 3, & 1 yr old boys were ripping it up listening to the mix! Thanks for the hard work & fun vid. Love Sebi. Can’t wait for the race

Sebi, such a solid and likable dude. He looks really fit and ready! Too bad Jan isn't there, but if given the choice I bet he would take the 70.3 worlds win against Javier and Brownlee over a 3rd Kona title. Legend.

Please keep them coming, you have set the standard of quality and depth associated with what these athletes go through on a daily basis. You have struck the incredible balance between sport, personality and insight like no other. For all the critics - STOP - STOP - STOP. You have no idea how much work goes into a two minute video, much less a 10 minute video across four to five athletes. It is a privilege that we, as athletes, can get into the lives of these pros. A huge thanks to each athlete that has allowed Talbot into their world. A hug thanks to you (Talbot) for the hours that you and your team put into EVERY video. For those that complain about the music, simply push your volume down button - you are fit, I have faith you can do this. For those that don't like the soft sell of Every Man Jack, send Talbot a check for $100 and then the "advertisements" will go away. It isn't cheap to travel around the world to provide us these videos. Talbot has power bills and food he would like to eat. PLEASE get off the entitlement mindset that we should be allowed to watch these videos without realizing the opportunity cost that Talbot has in every video that we enjoy. Talbot - I am traveling to Kona to watch this epic race. I will have a $100 bill in my pocket and will hand it to you when I see you to put my money where my mouth is. I challenge anyone traveling to Kona to do the same thing. If you truly enjoy these videos, PROVE it by financially supporting this guy. Top notch quality, the best athletes in our sport, frequent distribution of videos that keep all of us entertained. Join me in supporting Talbot and his work!!! Who is in?

Great video, gorgeous shots. Only critique I could give is that the audio commentary is too quiet and the background music is mixed too loud in comparison. Just my two cents but solid video and I look up to Sebastian!

It's a fine line between fit and f*cked. Love it! ... especially while I'm also recovering from a stress fracture in my heel after setting several lifetime PRs for distances from 1 mile to HM this year ... at age 47 :) Still coming to Kona though and will see you Sebi in 1 week!!!

An athlete of Sebastian caliber can always win on any given day. With good nitrution, race strategy, and health he has as good of chance as any of the elites. He also has the moxy and guts of a winner. Which means he doesn't fear a lose.

yes, he got stitches - BECAUSE he had to run faster than he could to follow Frodo. Listen to what Sanders and Kienzle said about this race of Jan, they know a tiny bit about triathlon...@organicsuperman
