I lived in Vancouver for 14 months the Pacific Northwest is beautiful Vancouver, Seattle, Portland nothing like it .

So thankful to live right next to seattle! The Pacific Northwest is truly one of the most beautiful places in the US.

Seattle? In several spots in this video it shows the train trestle over the gorge in Mason County below the steel bridge. That's miles from Seattle. But in all it's a great video of many great spot's here in western Washington.

Vance Creek bridge. Owners tried to make it a public park but Washinton state shot them down.

Tyler Padgett that’s before they took the rail ties out. What actually happened is there’s a group who’s been trying to get access to it to make it an attraction for the city. It’s been it’s own attraction for awhile but not legally. The owner along with diamond ( which was Simpson and now it’s Sierra) had a really big fit about it and instead of selling the land ( there’s a group working to make a rail museum, we have the last working rail house in the country and they were working to get that also.) took out the rail ties. It’s a shame! They wanted to create a museum and get a hold of some of the trains that used to operate, they have gotten access to some of the land and are working to fix up the track as well as Clear the brush around it. Honestly, as beautiful as it is I wouldn’t recommend going out there the owner isn’t very nice from what I hear. He’s got it pretty well blocked!
