God bless the mariners for getting such a beautiful stadium built. May they please put a end to my complaining and win the world series this year.

Hahaha! Should be a good season this year. The J Rod Show is just getting started.
Very interesting to hear an outsiders perspective. I think a lot of us Mariner fans take our stadium for granted. It is beautiful though and there isn’t a bad seat in the house.

Thanks so much! I really loved visiting! Fantastic ballpark and great support.
I was here over the summer. I haven't been there in 20 years but I did see the baseball bat chandelier inside which I loved a lot. I also even snagged a authentic All Star Game ball because the All Star Game was held there this past summer. I have been a Mariners fan all of my life. Go Mariners and keep up the great work as always.

Great insight on the stadium experience from a visiting fan. Teal is only worn on Fridays. And as someone who prefers cider to drink. I’m amazed that you waited to get into the bars out in the fields. It’s a great place

Thanks so much! I actually didn’t have to wait to get into the outfield bar area. I just walked on it. Haha!
Thank you for this video. I live in Chicago but I love the Mariners. Only way I've experienced T-mobile is through games on TV and The Show. Always wanted to see the inside areas of the stadium and overall outside. You did this perfectly and I really want to get there sometime. Thanks again and keep up with the great videos.

One of the most beautiful baseball stadium in my opinion. Very underrated!!!

Agreed! I loved it there!
Not sure if it was just the perspective from the lower bowl or what, but that stadium looked absolutely massive! I am also immensely disappointed that I am only just now learning that the Mariners have a moose as a mascot. I loved Griffey when I was growing into baseball fandom in the 90s and I can't understand how I didn't figure this out sooner lol

Just looked it up, and I see that Cleveland has the smallest capacity in the MLB with the Brewers in the middle of the list. Probably why this stadium looks so frickin huge to me!
@SACSportsAdventures
Жыл бұрын
@@seankwasny6767 You’re totally right. A capacity of 47,000 is one of the larger stadiums in the league and the roof does make it seem a lot bigger. The moose is epic!
@jefffinkbonner9551
Жыл бұрын
The roof’s profile does have a big prominence, which hangs over the right field nosebleed section, which is already really close the the field. It’s almost imposing how big it is. The left field bleachers aren’t nearly as many rows or as high up as many stadium’s outfield seats, but they again are really close to the field. Apparently the roof and the cantilevered wheels it rolls along its tracks upon are so well engineered that a group of people could push them along the tracks and it’d roll! The Mariner Moose is an absolute treasure.
That tracking wired camera above you is super unique. I do believe it’s the only one in MLB. On TV it’s really great on home runs, tracking the batter on his trot rounding 3rd and heading for home. Especially amazing on walk-off homers and game-winning runs! The sight lines all around the stadium are fantastic, with the only exceptions being the fact that the left field bleachers and right field nosebleeds are so close to the field that you can’t look down below and see the warning track or wall. I was up in those right field 300s when Ichiro climbed the wall and robbed a home run, and we couldn’t see any of it! 😩 Those right field seats are the last to fill up really only on sellout nights for a reason. But that’s a very avoidable downside. I do like that patio in center field as I do think baseball games are a great time to chat with friends alongside and in between cheering on the game. It’s not football or hockey where it’s so intense and loud the whole time. It’s the great American pastime, after all. Also, when home runs are hit out there, the open floor plan can really facilitate quite a nice garder belt toss scrum. That area out in centerfield by the flag pole is quite a bustling concourse as there’s no upper deck connection out there, making it the only way around; that’s also where there’s the big bronze statue of Dave Niehaus that people line up and pay to get a picture with; it’s also where there’s the only food counter selling crab-topped fries, attracting a huge, meandering line; and there’s the centerfield gate, meaning lots more people traffic; there’s a nice little fountain people will take pictures at, and I think a small attraction for kids too; the centerfield bleachers above don’t have any concessions up behind them plus that 200s level section further over in right field is all private parties, so all the bleacher people are coming down to this area to grab concessions too. The railing at the edge of this concourse does provide some amazing views of the field, but that standing room fills up quickly. Still a very cool area despite the crowds and chaos. Great video man! Go M’s!

Glad you had a fun time at T-Mobile Park!! I actually went to the game 1 of that series in 2021. I've been a Mariners fan my whole life, and have been going to this ball park for all of that time. It's like a home away from home so I'm really glad you liked it. Good to see the you got Grounder's Garlic Fries!! They are delicious! It's funny because I'll actually be working at the ballpark this year which I'm stoked about. Such a beautiful place to watch baseball. Hope you get to come back out for another game! Go M's! p.s. @SAC Sports Adventures Yeah I'll be apart of the ballpark operations crew. Setting things up and disassembling things before and after the games, facilitating the different activities like speed pitch and the kids area which you probably passed by.
Hey, no reason to be sorry for not rooting for the Mariners! I've lived in Oregon for 20+ years. But, I lived west of Seattle for 14.5 years. That is where I lived when I got into sports. So, all my sports loyalties are still there. I root for the Washington Huskies, Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Kraken, Seattle Sounders, and the Seattle Mariners still. I don't have a favorite NBA team because the Sonics don't exist. and NO, the Thunder are not the Sonics, so I have no loyalties to them. I now like hockey because of the Kraken! I even lived in Alaska for 4 years, but never got too into hockey because Seattle didn't have an NHL team. And, I'm not a big Timbers fan because they are not the Sounders! I've been a UW Husky fan since the 2nd grade, so I'm not switching that either! Way to stay loyal to your teams, man!
