@@demetrisross17 Thank you! I am glad my video was able to help - please let me know if there have been any changes to the aquarium or waterfront since my video went out. There was quite a bit of construction going on when I was there.

I’m very glad my video was able to help you! I would definitely say the aquarium is certainly worth a visit. Especially if you are a fan of nature or the marine world. And the pier being rt next to it makes for a nice full day of fun .

I am so glad I came across your video while planning for a day trip in Seattle! Approximately how long did you spend at the aquarium, and the nearby attractions?

Thank you for the kind words! At the aquarium I spent about 2-3 hrs and that was with taking my time to read and look at everything. I would image the average person can do 1-2 hrs. It’s a smaller aquarium. The surrounding area like the Pier we spent another 1-2 hrs on and we had lunch at Ivars. The stores for the most part are all the same with tourist items and Seattle labeled souvenirs.

You forgot to mention the dog fish sharks at the under water dome, the great white shark in the video is to show that great white sharks are also seen in puget sound.

$40????? just to look at your damn fish??? you can't be serious! now if you served lunch with that maybe, but I'll bet most families won't be able to afford that, think what a family of five will cost! I will not even think about it again after today!

They do provide discounted rates throughout the year and incorporate their admission into many packages such as the CITYPASS which is what I did and i was able to get 5 different attractions (Space Needle, Zoo, Chihuly Garden, Aquarium and MoPop) for about $120 total meaning about $20-25 an attraction. They also provide locals discounts if you happen to be from Washington state. Also for those who have financial strains and require assistance I know this museum belongs to a program in which admission for a family in that program is around $5. While I admit $40 is quite a price to pay, the cost of maintaining the aquarium, feeding and caring for the marine life, and ofcourse wages to the employees. I would agree that $40 is about the maximum I would pay for this aquarium comfortably.
