You don't have to floor the start. Fast gentle is way faster. Now the TC kicked in, that's why the time is slow.

It bogged down a bit yess. Mebey a slower clutch drop or lower rpm is faster indeed. But no rpm when launching is slower I think.

No hating meant, but your technique could be well improved. Just dumping the clutch is not the fastest way most of the time, that following wheelhop on the damp street is also very unhealthy for the drive train. Try launching it at a lower rpm, and ease-in the clutch for a small moment while simultaneously giving it more/full gas. you also loose up to a second with every gearshift. its a bit tricky with modern turbocharged engines cause they rev-hang a lot, but it can be done way quicker and smoother without loosing all the turbo-boost in between. you can easily find around 2 seconds better time here.

Yo thanks man. The internet has still good people. You are right and I really thought just dumping the clutch was the best way (as I did in this video), I have noticed that indeed lower rpm's with slower clutch release is sometimes faster. It really depends on the car and road type. Keep it up brother
