The exotic kneepads does provide something that is very useful, that is recalibrate/recraft the attribute (not core) like the guns. If that gets put on all exotics, that will change for almost all to all non meta, meta, and in general state/balance of the game.

A marksman riffle set being used more as a lone star set from div 1 is criminal and shows how they fumbled with this set

It's like a bad version of "LONE STAR" from the first Division. To be honest, mini tack link would be fun right now. Golden bullet at all time. I wish they would bring back more of the classic sets like Alpha bridge, D3 or Lone star. Might ot have been META but They were fun and simple to play.

Thoughts on Acosta knee pads, attribute re-roll?

would the talent work better if the stack build up raised handling, and then on reload you get the damage increases?

Is there anything to be said about breaking point and the rav combo? Would it be worth while in some cases?

Instead of just reworking the New exotic gloves form the Current season to have 40-50 weapon handling. They decided to give us a new pair of named Gloves with 15% Weapon Handling. 💀💀💀

unfortunate to see rifles still dead in the water, my 1886 is dusty enough as is, I dont know if it can handle another season in the deep recesses of my inventory :(

The gear from this current season was also bad. What is their issue

A talent to add would be to make rifles auto fire, NoT increase rof, but auto fire in order to hold the dam button down at same rate as base. I'd use rifles if this was true. Sounds like massive needs to add more damage to rifles.

It should just be an accessibility option to fire at cyclic. My damn trigger finger. 😢 Even Destiny2 has this option. Releasing a set worse than (and less usable) than the existing 2020 high-end rifle build is just unconscionable.

I know we asked for a rifle set but with the swapping wouldn't it be better with other guns? Plus I've seen people with different rolls on the kneepads than i got? Does this mean we can re roll exotics?

According to KVD, yes. I'm guessing it's an oversight and not intended , but apparently the attributes on the acostas knees can be rerolled

@simontaylor9362 sure, but not the point. The reloads on the rifle set are really beside the point if the mechanics and output are junk for a pure DPS set.

I tested it all and there was hardly anything was atrocious basically as back as the previous season exotic and talent wise anyway, What's your thought on how bad the exotics talents 😂

If they wanted to make something more viable, bumping the armor stacks on Heartbreaker, to put it back into rage with Belstone or Pallasade.

I start playing this game almost a year and terms of time played have done basically 19 days, But I Do like this game because of various Reasons, the commodity between helping people when you do a backup request, the terms of Team Build up when you play countdown some missions are a bore and yeah some missions are a repeat but just knowing that this is not Call of Duty Where everyone swears at Everybody All The Time is a happy release

As soon as I saw the new gear, I knew this video was coming out. LOL try not to get too upset Dod-Regnbue, it's better than no update at all.

With the recent exotics they've released I haven't had much hope. Mosquito and whatever those shoot from cover gloves are called. Have they released a good exotic since Scorpio? Regulus is tied to a pretty tough grind so not counting that. Im guessing the real dev talent is off working on Div 3 and thats why weve seen a drop in craftsmanship

The game is in desperate need of new content. Adding new gear and constantly spending time rebalancing all the new stuff seems like a waste of time.we don’t need constant crap gear filling our stash .they need to focus on the dlc and not all this pointless gear!!

Them adding more gear and weapons, yet flat out refusing or incompetently failing to find a way to increase stash and inventory space is what been keeping me from continue playing it.

I want amp damage shotgun. SMG have lady death, AR have Chameleon, and Pistol have Liberty. I don't know about other type of weapon, but shotgun is usually use on close range right, maybe create a shotgun that can be used on to all blue core build ? Or debuff 20% damage on scorpio is considered amp damage ? But seriously, what's problem with their creative plan. So far i rarely see people use new gear set (the one with spinning fire turret). Maybe some use Lengmo with pestilence, i rarely see Iron Lung too. I never see people use aegis or rugged hand exotic, maybe a bit of collector chest. I think since st ELMO / Ouroboros, the dev kinda afraid create OP exotic ? Most exotic equipment used is momento bag and coyote mask, i rarely see people using recently created exotic gear.

At this point, it’s just content for the sake of content, so they can release their new games.

My big issue is exotic components the devs are drip feeding them and it’s pathetic. Every player is now grinding them for expertise and it’s only gonna get worse if they introduce reroll of exotic gear attributes. Go the DZ and farm SHD crates….. firstly good luck finding an unopened crate but if that isn’t hard enough then it’s down to RNG whether or not you get an exotic component drop. On my fourth visit to dz east I managed to open nine crates not a single component!!!!!! And that is the norm for me. I regularly run with a mate every time we run he will always get more components than me. I re rolled a lady death last week took 23 rolls to get damage to targets out of cover…. That’s another 23 components gone. Mate rerolled he got it on second roll!!!! The dev response would be that’s RNG but the point is it means the game isn’t played on a level field. I will always have to grind ten times harder than my buddy to achieve the same result. That is BS and after five years I’m totally fed up with it. Solution Exotic components from SHD crates should be a guaranteed drop for every player How about rogue agent encounters drop exotic components Heroic control points drop exotic components There are nowhere near enough chances to get exotic components it’s the devs way of keeping us grinding this tired game. Either give us more opportunities to get exotic components or remove them from expertise and recalibration Oh and they still haven’t fixed the rock n roll!!!!!!!!!!

in my opinion I think the devs are just giving us new gear and weapons so we keep ourselves busy farming this crap for proficiency level.

I tried for almost an hour. The only thing that I found remotely useful was the gloves!

Unfortunately I don't think we are going to see anything really meaningful or thought out until the final patch of this games life cycle before full development is moved over to Division 3. We will continue to get strange and or lazy themed gear & weapons based off a linear thought at a 30 minute brain storm session that is simply there to excite the average player who doesn't understand the mechanics or math built into this game. The last patch will most like involve a bunch of gear tweaking & release of new gear and weapons that we have been desperate for to keep us busy for the 8 months to a year from final update to Division 3 release. Massive already stated they don't want their players to feel powerful. So handing their players gear and weapons that complaint their way of thinking is shown in plain view. Meta builds will be nerfed are changed so that the players can try again to chase after that illusion power fantasy.

The game is burning. Its beyond evident that these devs have no clue and do not care. Im sure they're lovely people in other areas of their lives but where the division 2 is concerned we're talking about a group of people singularly focused on squeezing all they can from cosmetic putchases and premium battle pass. I don't believe thst there is a single person working on the game who actually sweats the game , plays on heroic /legendary, and understands what is missing. I don't believe there will ever be another dlc expansion, just endless bugs, delays, and cashgrabs until everyone gets frustrated enough to stop playing. At this point, im suggesting a boycott. Stop playing the game. Stop supporting these people. They do not care.

They are just dumping stuff in the game that won’t be in Division 3🤷🏾‍♂️

Probs is outside of the sniper meta theres little option for quick 1-3 shot ranged dps while non scoped. One shouldnt need to only rely on scorpio or CC as only options for adds getting around your six. The rifle class was made as an afterthought but if theres gonna be a go between headshot and mid close range DPS, it just needs the buffs to stand out.

I was. I like rifles but this set isn't going to bring them in vogue. Prefer semi-auto 2 or 3 tap gameplay to mongo AR bullet hose.
