Welcome to the Cakebar! I found out about this place from a friend of mine, and I’m so glad I did. Cassie, a 3rd-generation restaurant owner, originally opened her bakery in Silverton, Oregon, but the pandemic pushed her to move down to Southern Oregon and reestablish in Medford, where she feels more like she’s in a comfortable neighborhood than in a commercial downtown.

By the 17th century, the art of bento box became well-known and travelers around the world would start using them to carry their meals. Meet Tiffany, owner of Kona Bento, a drive thru serving authentic Hawaiian style bento, with healthy options, made fresh daily.
