The rookie season wasn't so great as being a part of a new expansion team. But we reset and go again in 2001 starting off in the Daytona 500. Andy Petree meets with us before the new season with only 2 races left with Delphi, Academy Sports and O'Reilly being our sponsors so pretty soon we got to get a new livery for 2001. He expects good things from us seeing how we are Winston Cup Race Winners last year at Talladega. Can we keep our seat heading into 2002 or will we impress OTHER teams to take over the spots?

I like the fact that the base NT2003 broke through with the MW 01 mention. Cool nod to RL.
Though it will be a weird/cool thing to see the 3 actually race every race in 2001.
You really put Frank Welker to shame with that voice acting, Nick. For a minute I thought that really WAS Andy Petree. The best part about this 2001 Daytona 500? Nothing bad happened.

YES! Gonna be a fun ass 2nd season even though we didn’t get a Bud Shootout which confuses me since you won so many poles. Also that wasn’t a very interesting Silly Season but I know for a fact it’ll keep getting better each and every season! Good luck Nicky! And Kenny Irwin Jr survives the 2000 NASCAR Winston Cup Series Season EDIT: 11:24 Foreshadowing much??? Only if there was a way to update the MRN recordings for this mod so they can actually talk like it’s 2000 and not 2002

@@MarkOliveras0215 I tried to get a good silly season I really did. Hopefully next season would be better or if Sledge could figure out how to edit career saves without corrupting the data. It's a 20 some year old game with a different skin after all and honestly he's done enough. It's definitely wishful thinking I can create my own silly season. Even if it were to be in NASCAR 25 (very doubtful of course)
