The balls on that man to stand there and say that his son's testimony should be struck from the record on the grounds that his son has PTSD from the traumatic experience he put him through.

@TheSkyWhale the kkk wasn't Christian, they were protestants and southern baptists, two TYPES of Christianity. The kkk also hasn't been responsible for any violent crime since 1945. However, the religion YOU are trying to defend is responsible for over 90 percent of worldwide terror attacks. You just can't defend it, you can't compare with other religions, the numbers aren't even close

@@privateuser7 You think that not one member of the kkk has committed any violent crime since 1945? Where did you get that from? Do you have a reliable source that gives that date for the last time the kkk has committed a violent crime? Where did you get that 90 percent from? The people committing all the terror acts are radical Islamist , most people in the Islamic religion are very docile and don’t believe in what they’re doing! People in the Middle East are terrified of isis and don’t want anything to do with them. Just like southern Baptist’s are a TYPE of Christian (they’re still Christian and are you saying theirs something wrong with southern Baptist’s?) the radical Islamist are a TYPE of Islam . The way you’re talking you’re acting like everyone in that religion is violent and that’s far from the truth!

@@modest1989 do you not get that while you "think" it's a firefighter's "job" to do that, it IS STILL a very heroic profession. Also, are you completely ignorant to the number of "volunteer" firefighters there are. They don't get paid a dime. Its NOT their job. They volunteer to run into burning homes to save lives & give back to their communities. A paycheck doesn't mean you aren't a hero. Those who risk their own life (paid or not) to serve human kind ARE heroes. Your comment is no different than saying police officers killed in the line of duty aren't heroes because it's "their job". 99% of the time, those killed in the line of duty are trying to save someone else's life, a complete strangers life. I sure hope you never need a firefighter to save your life or one of your loved ones. I promise you, your thought process would change very quickly.

Cross-examining the victim *could* at least theoritically, expose a fact that demonstrates innocence so you cannot disallow it and still maintain that you are being fair and impartial. That said, it's extremely easy to just have an laywer do the examination with prepared questions from the defendant, that makes the whole thing much more bearable for the victim. If the prosecution hadn't called Ronnie 4 as a witness, I don't know if his father could have compelled him to testify or not, since his testimony wouldn't be part of the prosecutory record used to convict (being that the jury is only allowed to consider evidence actually presented in court).
