Sears Garden Oasis Lighted Rock with Wheel fountain

I was finally able to get the Sears Garden Oasis Lighted Rock with Wheel fountain to work at an acceptable level of water top off's.
Once a day or every other day. It will take some work on your part, this is what I ended up doing.
1. The wheel had so many leaks it would not spin, here is the fix.
A. I had to silicone the entire inside of both side walls, allow
it to dry and then paint (exterior water proof) the entire inside of the wheel rustic red.
it looks nice and it fixed the wheel problem. (48 hours drying time). I did it on the inside
of the wheel so you woulkd not see the fix.
2. Severe Water leak between upper and lower parts of the fountain as the water pump fluxuates the water pressure.
A. Used two complete tubes of silicone to permanently join the upper and lower parts of the fountain. Don't
be afraid to use to much silicone, you can always remove the excess, remove the excesss BEFORE IT DRIES!!!.
3. Too much water to the non-wheel side (and yes, my fountain is level) of the fountain, wheel would sometime stop spinning
based on the water pressure of the pump.
A. Built a small wall (small piece of plastic with hot glue gun), across the non-wheel side to raise (about 1/8") the water level
in the top reservoir.
4. Fountain works great with all my added adjustments. Here is a small video of my results.
