I felt the pain of losing the dog tags. It is so sad because, back then, I believe the social security number was printed on them: mine was on my 1983 dog tags. The good news is the father left the dog tags because he wants to be found. All of our fingers are crossed that the DNA test will lead you to both of their fathers. It is clear they had a difficult life. I want to see them have the peace of mind that finding their fathers may bring them.

I never taught how too much abandoned children were left or abandoned by men from other countries. Their stories were all tearjerkers.

Always remember, God is good all the time.. we hope that you can also be reunited with your father's with the help of this channel ❤

Wow another great searching Leah and Blair! Hoping that you can find their father because these children needs to complete their life since they had suffered emotionally for so long a time growing up without their father. I admired these 2 young ladies because of their strong character and the will to survive and had it been happened in American kids in America abandoned at their very young age most probably they they end up in the streets and doing illegal and indecent ways.

I really hope they can find their fathers and anxiously await the updates to the story... If the oldest daughter was born in 1989 and her father was only present for a few months before he was gone then it's probably not that he left due to The Pinatubo eruption. The Pinatubo occurred in June of 1991, that would be more in line with departure of the younger sister's father. I don't know if it's helpful knowledge but if a U.S. Marine was in Olongapo long enough to have a long term relationship then the chances are good that he was assigned Barracks Duty, Security, on Subic Bay. Barracks Duty is a primary job for Marines on Subic Bay Naval Base.

A quick look tells me that the Monarchy isn't a surname. I think perhaps you should be looking for 'Monarch' or 'Monaghan'.

I think some father's they are watching those videos, but they hide themselves.,I am man, when man wants to find his child he looks for, most of those American father they think America is paradise, I live here I heard many things. Some They don't want to bring the kids over here.

if you are adopted you are called "napulot sa tae ng kalabaw" it was a same thing they told me back then , my father to come with him?! so sketchy 🤔 like my Mom has a letter but it was burned long time ago that but it's just all stories and lies they built in our minds growing up... 😅 my Mama based in Mandaluyong too Plainview I'm also cared by a grandmother but it was a mother who adopt me. hopefully they find and recognition of the father. and Yes having a step sister in the Philippines is different from others they still have the bond.

Why Americans do this. I saw lot of countries videos there is only American did this and left their kids. We indian never think about to leave their kids.. very disappointed for American mind set sorry
