Alguien me enseñó una vez... "Mientras más simple sea el ceviche, mucho mejor será" mucha vaina con ese de quinua, torrejita, "paltaaaaaaaa!!!!" , ceviche caliente... Mmmmmm le agregas más jugo y salió la parihuela... El limón se quiebra con lo caliente "ojo al piojo" ceviche es sabor a mar, frescura, simpleza, no hay fórmulas, ni secretos...
