I did notice, at the time you heard clicking noises, besides the noise of the waterfall, the birds stopped chirping. When the woods go quiet, watch your back. Those big hairy forest people may be in the area. Could explain the camera malfunction and the heel print.

I was thinking about making a video about the feral people of the Catskills in upstate New York! I’ll go on a well broken trail like in this video and find some cliffs and rocks. I’ll imagine there’s an extensive cave system just filled with feral people waiting to snatch away the weak and their pets!! Lmao 🤣. If there are feral people, which I don’t doubt. Although they would be well off of any obvious broken trails. Wouldn’t they want a more substantial meal, like these two guys that would feed a village of feral people? I’m sure they could easily take two guys with no weapons who can’t run too fast!! I know if I were a feral person, it would look like easy pickings!!

Not to mention, carry a firearm. Have at least a .45 automatic or revolver for snakes, predatory animals or even as a deterrent for a random, straight up crazy person that could suddenly appear that has even a micro-sense of reality. Sometimes, just the sound of a shot or two into the ground can scare off any animal or person with malicious intentions.

The leaves of that Nettle are a wild edible and is loaded with vitamins & minerals people used to forage and eat in Appalachia and other wild places.

Our Appalachian Literature professor taught us this. Lees McRae college Banner Elk, N.C. Farel people have been know to live in a cabin far out in the woods. They forage everyday where one day they don't return home. Thus becoming farel. Thats how he explained. He was born and raised in the woods.

There are most definitely feral people living in the Appalachian Mountains more specifically the Great Smokey Mountains. If you ask any local who’s family have lived in and around the Smokey Mountains, they’ll tell you that feral people do exist and are still in Appalachia today. Now granted, there aren’t nearly as many as there used to be. Back in the day whenever too many people went missing and or were known to be attacked by these feral people, the federal government was known to not only bring in soldiers but they also used to pay the locals to hunt and kill any feral people they come across in the deep wilderness. With that being said, nowadays they tend to keep mow to themselves because they know all about the wraith of the federal government/ But make no mistake, they’re still there and they still make their presence known especially in the Cades Cove area of the Tennessee portion of the Smokey mountains.

I like yall's style. Now I am interrested about feral people living in the hills. If they eat people I hope it is only their own people that have died of natural causes. I was wandering about that because of the ferral person found with that sickness that people only get if they are cannibals. 🤢

I grew up on colliers loop in chestnut hill. If you go up mcgaha hollow til you get to a stop sign. Locals know that if you turn right at that sign you come to forbidden caverns. But if you go left or up the mountain and just turn left at every stop sign. You'll come out at lanes market in Cosby. Off English mountain road. But you'll find 100 year old houses with people living in them some without electricity it's something out of red dead redemption if anyone has the time you should check it out. Sorry I'm behind on your videos Jon hope your doing well. Bring me some of that pyrite next time.if your allowed to haha

That clicking sound you heard, might be one of tge ways they communicate with each other over a distance, so that they can be heard & understood by each other without actually speaking. I say this because my Dad went a visited Scotland before he passed away, and he did so partly because we have family history there, and, he wanted to go and research some of that, he was about age 6 or 7 when his Dad's Father passed away, and remembered some of the family history stuff he was told then, and I guess he wanted something tangible from the generations that came before him, he rented a car once he got there, and a got lost a couple of times in some of the more Scottish Highlands areas, and in trying to ask the locals there for directions at least back to a fairly main road, he realized very quickly that he'd be pretty much on his own, because among strangers, the highlands people speak mostly only Scottish Gaelic, so that they can speak about you directly in front of you without you being any the wiser, figuring that you don't know that language because many outsiders don't. So those people probably came up with their own form of communication for the same reasons.

The feral people have in fact moved to Australia. They can be found at any b and s ball, usually driving a shitbox commodore or falcon Ute and identified by the wild mullet and trail of rum cans. I have seen them in person!!

If this helps, I've heard a couple of times from a few different sources that if you are out in a wooded area like that, and you start getting a smell of Cucumbers, there's likely a Copperhead Snake nearby. I know, sounds weird & Really off the wall, but I've gotten this from 2 different people in my life, in 2 different Northeastern states who had never met each other, but who' both were avid hunters & fishermen, and had spent Lots of time in their lives out in nature from childhood being taught by older family members, how to both appreciate and thrive off the land in nature if and when needed.

I've been hearing stories like that wild people.. i guess a few years ago a story hiker's found a whole family living like the 17.. 18.. hundreds.. a bunch more hikers found a native American tribe that was still living like there ancestors did.. I'm surprised that the people made it out of there alive.. it's just a story right.. who knows what is out there it's a large amount of land
