A worthy grail?

Grail for sure, cant decided between the white gold and rose....did the white look as special in person? The white gold could be worn more often for me but the rose would make it a special occasional event.

@@Jay-xr3sb the rose ‘popped’. It looked (in my eyes) more special than the white gold. The luminous hand on the white gold annoyed me actually. Not sure why they did it. However you are right it’s more versatile. Saying that I have no issues wearing the rose gold with a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. With its unique design it dresses down very well!

@@watcherofwatches1969 fair point, I wonder if a non alligator leather strap strap would dress it down a touch, ie horween leather. Yes, the lume is a strange choice. Perhaps a contradiction in design language. The white would work on a wider range of straps but i guess this shouldn't be a one watch collection....I will try in person when everything opens Thanks

I totally get the individuality of the spacing of the lettering on this watch as I used to be a graphic artist way back when we done hand lettering typesetting and letraset for camera ready artwork we used this technique in a lot of advertising it just seemed to make sense aesthetically... Unless one started to run out of spece of course then you would sort of cram it all in just to please the customer and save them a few quid here & there. . nip n tuck.. . This is another level ! Like a cross between a George Daniels and a Breguet.. I need one Right now ! 😍

Congratulations on acquiring this masterpiece. I fell in love A.Lange & Sohne the moment I laid eyes on it.

Well done. Absolutely beautiful. I have a pre 2015 model also in pink gold, and the sides of the mid case are finely brushed just like yours.

I own AP RO and the boxes are bad qaulity. they just look good. Im thinkig of trading my RO to a Lange watch. Lange is on another level👍👍

The L1 is unique and great looking, I prefer the white gold version for understatement reasons but this one looks great too. Why the gloves when handling the watch? Strap it on and enjoy it.

Beautifully done! Saw one of these in the window at the Lange boutique in Dubai mall and it was perfectly sized and sharp. Videos and pictures don't do it justice 😍 I also think you showcased the case color seemingly changing with the lights really well. Keep these videos coming 💯

One of the best reviews I have seen. F.A. Lange creations are the best in the world. I own PP, AP, FPJ, and my Lange is the best of them all. Currently own a 1815, however, after watching this video, it might be time to pick up a Lange 1. Wear in good health.

@@tbd1613 rose gold ‘pops’ more, white gold is more discreet. What I didn’t like on white gold was the lumed hands. Didn’t think lume suited the watch

Its absolutely a grail! this watch looks awesome...the small details are just spectacular..maybe i should get it also to next birthday..:)

Not sure how much wealth I would realistically needed to have for me to drop 50k on my grail Lange 1. 🍻 here's to us all getting to the financial point of being able to get our grail. Someone else did a Saxonia unboxing and the box was not as nice... but it was 1/2 as much. I am glad they tiered the the presentation.

Nice. I like the pen. My last purchase from Lange I got pencil and paper.

Lange does the date window tastefully, making it a part of the design. The Calatrava date window is rather dull or routine and takes away from the watch, imo. Nice choice 👌.

Excellent watch. They have an outstanding eye for detail. I remember thinking that Glashutte Original could be a substitute but the latter doesn't have the same control on the space compared to Lange. You will probably love it more and more, and may end up drool over it in public.

😁. I actually tried the PanoMaticLunar and PanoReserve on numerous occasions. I just couldn’t connect with it. I found the case too chunky. Beautifully finished though.

Stunning, I purchased the Lange Saxonia Moon Phase with the black dial, one of my best timepieces, thank you for sharing the video. I don't know if the Lange document holder is leather, it looks like vinyl. Your video told me about the polishing cloth tucked away in the sleeve, I forgot about that, thank you.

If you're a Skilled mechanic that is self employed and operates his own shop in a span of less than 10 years probably even 5 you could buy a piece like that easy(without scamming customers)meaning you're net worth is at AT LEAST 10 times the price of this watch..but if you're an idiot who can barely change oil like these clowns at the Instant Oil Change scam places then naturally you'll be making quarters 😂😅and A Lange isn't really for you .. invest in your knowledge and work for Your Self..one the best and most underrated professions is car mechanic

Do you have any information on service costs with your Lange 1? I'm hoping to aquire this Lange 1 pink gold and am just weighing out the pros and cons of everything. Cheers in advance
