I have query sir - multiple products eg ; eyeliner , mascara, in one column there Sales are also given in another column with names of salesperson & in the date column its in calender year format , so through drop down for year 2004, 2005 ,2006 how will will populate the sales of each product by each person ? If we select 2004 we will get sales of each product by each salesperson....

You need to have office 365 insider program...and then open excel --> click on file --> go to account setting and change that to monthly..
