Thank you for your assistance. Your USPTO KZread CPC tutorial for the PSF site is missing one important thing. How to input the search code such as the .CPC. after the code input. If the person assisting me didn't tell me I would not have ever known. There is a lack of basic information on one page to use your system. Secondly most searches start with "terms" which we are still looking for. Your CPC search is lacking many useful tools that have to be known before even using your USPTO search site and is not specific or narrow enough therefore too broad. A concerned patentee after 30 years it's quite sad. Your site is now even more confusing... why? And lastly the human factor to assist inventors is lacking. This alone would put off many inventors in the US. We are falling behind many countries in patents... and you wonder why!
