just so happened he also had a pair of climbing gloves as well. No need to see of the semi might have some especially since they figured out that Martin's operation was near the waterfront. Or he didn't look around to see if near the grappling hook was a pair of gloves near them. Still my favorite show from the 80s.

Bro, dont watch old stuff for the edits. You can tell all the stuntmen and some of the actors involved enjoyed the stuff immensely, even if the quality and consistency of alot of things went downhill as it got older. I feel this whole show is a masterpiece compared to every other thing that came out of the franchise.

It is very impressive the transition of Kitt’s voice trough the series. In the first season Kitt used to talk very computerized and it’s not until the end of season one when it started to become more alive

Yes.William Daniels who played KITT said at th time he wanted to make KITT seem more human and less computerised,so they changed the voice a little to make KITT seem more human.

I'm just asking for that certain "suspension of actual reality" to be consistent. The F.F.L.A.G. rig also routinely maintains and repairs the advanced K.I.T.T. on the show, and yet there's no means of communication back to headquarters in the rig. It just doesn't seem proper or consistent with the reality created for the show.*

When the Super Pursuit mode came in. You knew the show was on it's last leg's. Knight rider was a Superb show. I actually preferred it to the A-team.

I much preferred Turbo Boost to Super Pursuit Mode. Classic 80s TV though.

Also love how Michael gets pushed back into his seat when he hits the turbo boost but his passenger is just fine

Yeah that's why second season is the best. More logic anytime there was a turbo boost with a passenger they always made sure they both went back in the seat. That's what made it fun seeing the passenger do it too

@@The2Coolest2 Second season syndrome catches nearly every great TV series you can think of. Then you add third, fourth, fifth and it's like a multiplier for the illness. Only recent ones like Breaking Bad and Empire seemed to have broken that mould. In fairness, The Incredible Hulk TV series improved further on (Season 2 kicked off with its best ever episode in my opinion), but it just wasn't consistent in quality after that. Normally, the Season 2 kicker is brilliant and then the rest of that season never ever matches that kicker episode. I think what tends to happen is that you get the first time magic in the first season, the stars just align and all the ideas and creativity just explode. By the time the TV networks get wind of the success, the greed and control kicks in and starts stifling the writers, or too many chefs enter the kitchen. Also, what I think tends to happen is that as they realise a show is getting popular, they start to commercialise it and make it more PG for the mainstream audience, which kinda waters it down. Eventually you get writers block and the budget starts drying up with the waning ratings and then that's all she wrote.

The stunt work of KITT taking out the two mooks were always impressive, I though. Especially compared to early seasons where he would just open is door or slowly pin them to a wall. The editing and budget in the 4th season definitely took a hit, but this is one area that improved.

Holy moly Kitt can move I just love super persuit mode holy cow and making those turns in super persuit mode wow I just love the super persuit mode series as Kitt passes those other cars like they were standing still and wondering what those other driver's are thinking as Kitt passes them by wow 😲 Please like my comment it helps out the algorithm.👍

I always thought that after RC and his crew fixed KITT up after he lost his protective shell that he never got it reapplied. But this episode proves otherwise as those bullets just bounced off of KITT'S hood.

1:00 if you look closely, you can still see some traces of red paint. In between seasons 3 and 4 the truck appeared in a different Universal production (a movie) and was painted red. They repainted it black for season 4.... poorly, by the looks of it. Currently, the truck is painted blue but it will be restored to it's Knightrider state soon by the KR Historians. Also, we get a clear look at the dashboard of the super pursuit mode car. The details are stickers, the dash doesn't actually light up.

Nowadays GOTT is there.When i was a baby there is a KITT...:-)
