It's great to see Helen and Sean. Helen has such a great sense of humor. BTW Sean just experiences the Natural ups & downs, highs & lows. Our minds are crazy. Sean just expresses it different. He feels better after working out. We can all relate to that. We need outlets. I skated almost all my life it was my physical outlet and battle of going thru pain, and highs of achieving shit. I'm just saying it's good to have that.

I was listening for an answer on whats taken so long for Sean to do an interview..and didnt get an answer..But Im glad to see the Helen and Sean interviews again. Wayyy overdue

Sean if you're reading this: you need long combinations against Dricus. 3, 4, 5 punches at a time. The guy can't throw a straight punch to save his life. His technique is kind of ridiculous, but he gets away with it because of his physicality. Stay there, don't back up, and engage in long combinations. Not 1 or 2--drawn out exchanges. The straighter, tighter punches will win. Your boxing is technical, his isn't. You were beating him with a 1-2, but you didn't take as much of an advantage of his windmills because you'd leave it at that and disengage. Draw them out, get into long exchanges with him. Sean vs Dricus in 5 punch combos--you're piecing him up and he's swinging at air and punching your shoulder. Trust me, do it this way, you'll fuck him up

Nina's whole attention grabber is to pop her stuff out and do what she knows mma testerone filled men like.
