Well Rihanna is not the first domestic abuse victim I have heard of that stays with or goes back to the guy I wouldn't personally I think if you are lucky enough to escape that why go back but of course some people are very manipulative and some some are more easily manipulated too. Diddy has been implicated in what happened to Tupac also it's gangbanger culture violence is a part of that drugs and other crime too likely. Maybe Rihanna is the codependent type or thought Chris actually loved her despite all evidence to the contrary. She's pretty and talented but from her songs she's into S and M and "love the way you lie" and that other song about being beaten black n blue etc. so not a good role model for DV survivors imo.
