I’m so sorry , I lost my younger brother too. from Sepsis caught whilst in hospital , it’s heartbreaking ❤️‍🩹 but love and memories will get you through. I know we’ll be together again with our loved ones .😥😥😥. many tears will fall , let them flow x

this song makes me cry as when I listen to this I think of my grandparents who passed away years ago. as a child I would visit them in Co.Mayo during the school holidays and I'd love the great times we had growing up and when they passed away I was so sad and miss them everyday R.I.P Nan and Grandad, I love you and miss you xx
