So tongs father wronged mo etc being as tongs parents are dead (I'm assuming they died before he got hold of tong) then that makes revenge invalid as her father's not alive to witness what mo is doing to tong so he's basically abusing her out of anger and frustration as he's got no one else that's close enough to tongs parents to vent out his anger etc.. People in previous comments saying deep down he loves her. What I see is obsession to control and do what he likes to her its not love

The difference is this drama is not real life, get out and seek help at a women's shelter. Women are not meant to endure abuse at hands of men.

The neck had his blood on it from breaking the glass lamp. The premise of this whole thing is she is sacrificing herself to keep her uncle safe from embezzling charges and going to jail. She plays the perennial victim. He grew to love her but he is so arrogant and full of vendettas he can't tell her. She has fallen in love with him as well. Both want to be angry with someone. Not a satisfying conclusion. After dragging us through the highs and lows they do not end up together but he finally tells her he loves her in a text, of all things!!!

Isn't that what people sometimes do to knock out hysterics?? Even doctors have had to do it to irrational patients. (speaking from experience working with them).
