This is something I noticed with One in a million. It says that it shortens ninjutsu cooldowns when an enemy is knocked out, but for some reason it actually shortens the ninjutsu cooldown when you have low hp. Whenever I would get kills my cooldowns didnt shorten, when my health was red thats when my cooldowns spiked.

I've found that it works the way it should although when it says enemy knocked out it means anytime any enemy dies for any reason including summons

Thats actually just a mechanic of the game itself, when low hp you get a stupid high cooldown buff. Dont blame you for not knowing/noticing (heck I didn't find this put until like season 5) since with so many jutsu and attacks types in general pretty much 1 shot you or in the case of healers being on point and keeping you from being in red.

I thought only the Unbending Will skill give increased cooldown speed when low health. It's news to me that you get faster cooldown naturally on low health.

Yeah i found this out when nagato (s5?), released and thought the cooldowns were originally something his ult did. After testing and talking around, I found out it was a benefit of being at low hp since nagato's ult leaves you at 1hp.

I feel like they did something with the shop cause I got it first try only opened like 10 scrolls and got it with the kurama weapon I opened so many scrolls I didn’t even get it it’s like they didn’t want me to get it

Low-key I mess with the healer build for base battles, that Slug with Fake Tag and Heavenly Foot 😭, mad damage. And then bro that combat battle build is diabolical, first combat match went faster Minato😭

My burst melee build with Byakugan: Top: spark explosion (gain secret tech+ ias) Bottom: heavenly cluster( max hp+ greatly reduced sub) Accessory: Finishing stroke ( increases atk damage + move speed) N1: Byakugan N2: super light boulder NTool: heal tag ST: solid fog jitsu Sub: e exit Wpn: tosuka blade

Byakugan synergize with heal tag, attack power, tracking, strong atk range,and break guard. You can use ur strong atk from mid range like a kunai, it spams super fast.

Pros: increased movement speed, atk power, max HP, Greatly reduced sub, atk speed, secret tech boost, insane mobility, heal tag, field vision, guard break, fast mid range strong atks. Cons: 1 heal, increased ninja tool cool down, reduced healing using Ninjutsu, reduced Ninjutsu damage, no healing jutsu.

I like the weapo just need to learn how to combo with it

Appreciate the love fam🌹 And absolutely facts! Crimson drizzle gives heal types a reliable way to combo. Attack boost, combo resetter and sub sealer all wrapped nicely in an 8 second attack. Not to mention all the other reliable effects.

Ur buggin rose, heavenly foot of pain needs a nerf, if ur not a person who uses it you’ve probably been hit by it over 15 times or maybe more or around there since its buff, the tracking with area of effect is too crazy and makes it to easy to hit and dodge, im sorry i just saw u say that and had to leave this comment cause no.

@@hiddenrose I mean ur definitely not wrong but why should healers have a move that annoying, it does a good amount of damage and takes my jutsus, the attack types problem currently is just claw edge heavy spammers that’s bout it, and defenses tbh I mean they kinda op subt and kamui and pills or other stuff and their heavy’s still can’t be broken not even by thunderneedles and unison😵‍💫 but im just saying mane heavenly foot of pain if not cast completely stupidly is hitting as long as u in close range and they don’t got a counter I’ve done advanced movement fully and back flipping barely works ever, jumping fully with ur dash even don’t work and even chackra jumping, if u try to as u see them pop it your still probably getting hit, I’ve even done this stuff next to walls and started doing the climbing wall animation thing after to get higher and stilllll get hit, no bro just no. It hits 8.5/10 or more still love ya tho rose 🌹 but f heavenly foot of pain🗣️💯
