this close to shore it ends up peaking more, also about 300 yds out to the south a break known as cloud break has a sand bar and is usually about 10 ft rollers that the long boarders end up getting nice ride out of, sometimes reforms all the way to the inside too usually only really big swells tho

Where was this beach?

There must be a rideable wave nearby.

generally breaks just a couple times a year, one of those spots you just gotta keep an eye on in the winter
