Hello. Glad to update you that Seafront Residences will be opening its own port by next year.

Is it normally that windy? You're holding on to your hair for dear life. And I dont know why the developers dont invest in greenery. The amount of just bare concrete is unnecessarily depressing.

@@c9688thgfghhnk , there really is no reason why the residential properties in the Philippines do not resemble those in Bali and Vietnam, where lush tropical vegetation are purposely cultivated, giving the area the feeling of a tropical paradise. It beats me why the Philippines do not follow the same practice.

I like the model house, let me know when it will be on sale.

Epic fail. Location is nice but ruined by the design. Why build an industrial inspired residences like that. Where's the tropical vibe? It feels like you'll be living in a military housing in a naval base.

I like the location, but the design and interior of the house is off, yes roof deck is a turn off
