Hey super usefull guide but i have a question. I have some lvl 6 ribs but also some lvl 1s. if i put only the lvl 6 ones i have more in total than i would have if i put in the lvl 6s and also the 1s. Does not really make sens to me. Any idea what i can do there?

I think it's because of an average. Example: 10 ribs with 10% DR 10 ribs with 10% DR and 10 ribs with 5% DR. 100% ÷ 10 = 10 vs. ( 10+10, 100%+50% ÷ 20 = 7.5) This is an example and not how the damage prevention actually works. I hope this helps 😁.

where do i get lvl 1 ribs from? i started my account like a week ago and the last time i played is 10 years ago. I dont really know on how to improve or how to get specific items

You can find most things in the shop and search for stuff through currency, event or a search bar. My recommendation is the save up yulongs and safanads and purchase the level 4 Ablative plating in the shop right now. It will nearly double your hp. They are much better than ribs. And but lots of lights of Tortuga you can go from 300k HP to 2 million with those 2 items

I use the Sellsword for the hit chance %. And instead of chance hit I use critical hit and dmg prev on my pet, critical and normal dmg % on my ship, with dmg prev and dodge chance on defensive gems (i have a preset for maximun healing and max harpoon dmg) but im still missing the reinforced ribs tho. I manage to have 87% dmg prev and 70+ crit chance.

I will say crit build is not quite as good as regular hit probability and cannon damage unless you have all level 5 or 6 world breakers. The world breakers have some of the highest crit damage there is getting up to over 50%. But if not I would switch up your gems you should be hitting harder.

@@Alfamode UPDATE on my dmg. Changing gems from Hit chance instead of Critical hit chance, I hit about 20-30k less. So I'll just keep my usual set up hehe

How come I took 2000 damage average from Raven's Omen with the Dodge Chance gems on my pet & ship, and when I exchange them for Damage Prevention, I take 2700 damage average? Nothing else changed, just the gems.

It's possible that some event npcs will have a higher hit probability than normal npcs. So it could be worth trying dodge chance and damage prevention on the same ship. See if that works, and put your repair gem on a separate ship.

Basically your expansions are based as an average of a whole so by adding multiple things you are adding then dividing. If you only add one then there is no need to divide. I'll try and make a video on it soon!

Shoot particular NPC's. In this event, I shoot the Raven's Omen and Drakir Hrell for pearls. I need 5 shots to kill a Drakir Hrell, and it gives me 2k+ pearls per kill. Ammo costs for 5 shots is about 1k pearls, so its 1k profit per Drakir Hrell killed.

I deal 110k damage per shot with confetti, and 270 with icefire against Ravens Omen, and when I'm just sailing around and shoot every Drakir Hrell and Raven's Omen I see, I make roughly 300k pearls per hour.

Also, yesterday I bought for 1 euro a discount token thing that gives u 25% off on many things in the shop. So I had that and maxed out on buying ammo while it was cheap. I also bought 4000 event chest keys, because they were with the discount 650 a piece, and after the event is over, all your event keys get exchanged 1:1 to normal chest keys. Which means that I will get 4000 normal chest keys for 2,6 million pearls, insteal of 6 million pearls.

That's a very smart way of doing it. Make sure you're doing your El dorado map when you can.

If you are still at a lower level then when there is not an event happening I recommend the behemoth map or if you're a bit higher of a level then the lion map is very good pearls. I can make 1mill per hour in the lion map.

I have 114.86 damage prevention and still take damage?????

Taking no damage applies to older NPCs and usually non event NPCs. With newer events you want to put Dodge chance on your NPC setup, because the the event NPCs have a higher hit probability. Hope this helps some.

Not yet, but if you wanna pvp then I recommend hit probability, damage, dodge chance and repair speed for gems.

Happy to help! By accessories do you mean expansions? If so for pvp I would use one eyed ravens. I think there is another type but I forget at the moment.
