Sea Trout Season Premiere - Still Finding New Spots

Sring is here and we are sea trout fishing on Gotland again. I'm making my first casts on the coast for this year since I have been traveling during the winter. Luckily I could get out with my friend Daniel who could take us to where we had a good chance to find fish. Places we had never tried before.

Hey, great video thank you. I was wondering. When you say you are casting shorter these days, how short exactly? How many rod lengths or how many feet of fly line are outside the guides?
Hej …. I like the Meri rod as well …. But #8 with a #7 line ? …. I use mostly shootinghead 18,5 gram on my #7 … or wf 18 gram

So shallowness and clear water plays a role here, right? But cool, I thought it only makes sense to fly fish in shallow-ish creeks.

It´s a kitchen thermometer used for checking on internal temperature like ie meat etc. Starts meassuring when you open it. You can find it online.

Could you answer a question what is a sea trout every pair of the world has your definition of a citro is it a brown trout is it a rainbow trout is it a brook trout that has gone to sea
