What a fantastic idea! You are so clever! This would be great for scrap pieces of glass. Thank you for sharing. 😊

Every year I try to make a different Christmas tree and this is one I've not seen yet. I don't have sea glass but I do have stained glass so I'm going to try that. Thanks for the idea

This is stunning! I have one question... I notice that you are using a different soder for the glass stones than you are using for the sea glass. What is the difference and why? I assume it's stronger.

No, it's the same solder, just sometimes I buy it in different thickness, but that's only about form

Do you put flux all around the sea glass? A bit to fast to see lol

Theres a zillion of stained glass tutorials for beginners, I taught myself by googling and anyone can do the same. Anyway you shouldn't start with 3d items without making any flat designs. I show my own inventions on that base. Copper foil should be covered with flux in order to be soldered properly. Glass gets dirty too. I wash the item when it's ready.

Is it stained glass or sea glass? And what is that thing that you’re using to make the glass stick Styrofoam? Is that a glue gun?

Sea glass - material. Stained glass - technique. It's soldering. Glass doesn't stick to styrofoam cone, I'll take it out in the end. It's just a mold, I solder glass pieces together with a soldering iron and a solder.

Ooh I gotcha! I know all about soldering from when I worked in jewelry. I should have known! Thank you so much for your quick reply. Your craftsmanship is absolutely stunning!!
