Vai Me, my wife and my child was there from 21st June till yesterday(24th)... We stayed at room 6202 which is a studio king seaview... According to me it is a bit over hyped..as you said rooms are not well planned, Foods are damn expensive and surprisingly full of cockroaches for which we had to complain few times and they put medicine which definitely is not acceptable when you are paying a premium price... Customer service is ok but I saw lot more friendly and smiley faces in Ocean paradise and Saymen...but the ambient is definitely best and if someone wants quite few days, this is a best place..
