I was fishing of the holyhead breakwater yesterday and haven't caught anything. I am new to this, so I started to look on KZread, what I was doing right and wrong by fishing around holyhead. In this video, I can see that at least by taking a bag full of rubbish with me, I did something right. Great job! Hope another angler will learn from you. Keep it going!

Im from Leicester used to go Holyhead alot to fish. Had to sleep in van etc. used to love driving down breakwater but the rubbish and s#@£ etc,they shut that. Went ravens last time i was there,sounded like all night rave going on,kids on drugs everywhere all night. In van they tried the doors etc so moved. Haven't been back since,a shame really. Good vid again though bud. 👍

Nice vid John, should have a do on the seafloat fishing ragworm just off bottom whilst your main rods are out, catch some bonus fish whilst you're waiting for that big bite 🎣 sad to see all that litter, giving anglers a bad name. On the river where i fish, there are some mongs that keep leaving all sorts of stuff on the bank, cans of beer mainly.

Tbay is a great place but busy in the summer. We do some of our product testing around that area.

I love how your no expert, but you make wee videos that show an average fisherman's experience on his fishing trips. You know a good bit, get to some good marks, and do get nice fish.

l liked the different marks. Well done with the plastic rubbish. As a late fishing friend of mine used to say; " It weighed a lot more when it was full. What's their problem with it when it's empty ? Are they too weak to carry it away ? Given a brain cell they'd be dangerous." That rock mark looks worth another try.

Watch Anglesey tight lines, Mr C Parry. Treadur Bay is his favour place to fish..

On that second mark on the day tides it might be worth dropping a bait straight down. Harbours tend to be dredged with not much cover.

great effort but unless you are in Scotland or the north east there isn't much about. Bassman is getting a few eels and flatties down Devon take a look at his channel, but for the most part its grim, 600 trawlers per day in the English channel, says it all really.. I'm in south wales if you want a ray come here in may I will gladly take you out.

I live close to where you have been on this video T/Bay Penrhos and Holyhead port only 4 miles away. Try T/Bay from the flag pole on the LHS of the beach, tight lines mate.

I didn’t say local anglers, i said anglers, and it was clearly mostly anglers rubbish as it was all bait packages and rig packaging…..

Yeah boils my piss, last session I had, i went round picking balloons up then to find a discarded can of blueberry infused nitrous oxide, didn't click until found gas can

John problem is the people who dump the rubbish don't give a shit. Otherwise they wouldn't do it. And we are the ones who get penalised has already mentioned. unfortunately in this day and age in some cases common sense isn't so common.
