Thanks for watching Simon, it was a cracker of a day. No fishing for me, it was a big day prepping the skis and gear for the videos… Hope you made the most of the weather!

interesting to see Andrews setup. So far the absolute best mod I have done to my 22 Trophy is a belly mounted GT56UHD 3 in 1. Side and down imagining is awesome to have.

It’s always good learnings seeing and hearing how other owners rig their skis. What do you find as the best improvement for your fishing adding the side and down imaging? Are you fishing wrecks and structure mainly?

@@jetskifishing - i crappie and bass fish on lakes. I use the imaging to find structure. Ive recently added livescope to the mix as well.. even though im still learning how to use it. lol Im in Oklahoma so what I fish for is vastly different.

👍Great video that covers a lot details Just checking what settings we do to the fish finder to read 400m deep and will be good one day if you can do a video about it. I have tried both frequencies, both can’t read bottom

Cheers for watching Jun, I adjust a couple of settings when out deeper to read the bottom structure. I adjust the range to manual with the approximately metres rather than leaving it on auto. That way I have displayed a constant bottom reading for deepwater fishing. If it’s still a struggle, I have also switched to Low chirp at deeper depths and can also switch the beam angle makes it narrower if required in the settings when viewing the sounder screen.
