sounds like a servo starting to go out. I come from the racing world of rc, and that was always a sing of a servo going out. jittery, not going back to center, or intermitted glitch, doesn't working for sec. all pretty much sings of a servo going out. great build, great courses. you inspired me to star building mine. thank you for that.

1st off, your course is awesome. I have no comment on the servo as I have little knowledge how they work. But, that cough you have sounds a little rough. You may want to try a spoonful of honey for that.
