Dang! That is a sweet course. These little trucks are money pits! But so much dang fun, I just installed a micro komodo motor in my scx24 wrangler.

I used that same technique of using the excess material that I cut off to make the terrain rockier. Solid looking course. After seeing yours I felt like I needed to add some more to mine. 😂

Decent course man, looks like its got some tough areas to get thru. I used boxes and carpet, made me a Carpet Mountain, only 1 I know of too :) Best course imo, can change it up in a few mins. The CarpetMountain has never ending lines kinda like what you said you were going for.. :) The more difficult the course the better. Lots of guys that build courses that if you were to just hold the throttle without turning is would go thru the course like nothing they are that simple. So if you want to do another course. Try out the idea of soaking old towels or cut up sheets in concrete and do the same thing you did with the plaster cloth. This way you get real rock and its really thin like this plaster cloth which doesnt end up weighing much. Can also add sand or crushed granite or something like that to create diff surfaces to get that extra grip. Ima do a big course this summer and add some sort of polymer to the concrete mix so it water proofs it to get some water features in there, water fall, streams, shallow ponds to cruise thru to add that tire slip in certain areas. Really nice rig too dude, awesome you went brushless, brushed is terrible at crawling. Slower the crawl the better imo. Got my Kanga-Ax24 to go so slow it takes over 2mins to go 5inches. Its so soo slow.. I run the micro Komodos in 3 of my rigs. Nice vid dude.
