screwed up siren test 8/6/14 Franklin County Ohio (Whelen 4004)

Located at the post office on Sullivant Ave. in Galloway, Ohio.
Wow. Just. Wow. This is by far the most screwed siren activation in Franklin County history. They started nearly 3 minutes late (I was about to quit filming so when it started I jumped and it shook the video), and instead of sounding the siren for 20 seconds, resting it for 40, then 20 again, they ran the 2-minute tone and cut it off short. If you listen carefully in the video you can hear other sirens blasting odd DTMF strings and alert tone after this one was cut off. In the end when they did the voice test/DTMF strings the siren horn didn't rotate each time, and it was very muffled. Entertaining recording though. :)

I can hear this from my home, it will go on for like 5 mins after the weekly test. I've called they still haven't done anything about it.
Sounds just like the emergency siren network at Seabrook Power Plant
I guess the guy was trigger happy and pressed the cancel button.

did they send the dtmf tone correctly?
um 4004 dont rotate the osillate

savage nation idk if this is true for all whelens but ours are programmed with a "home position" of north so after a test they keep rotating until the siren head is facing north.
