it's the BLOOM every time you relaunch the game make sure the bloom is off because there is the "black sun of blindness" glitch with that specific place

Yeah apparently it's been fixed already, so shouldn't be an issue moving forward.
My car says it can go 964 but the map is not long enough so my max speed is about 200 plus!!!

I think you just need to add some gears, your newton moment is very low i think so car could not reach max speed

To be fair to the devs, it would be pretty much impossible to make a map large enough for everyone to get their vehicles upto max speed.

Maybe the downforce will help you in surpassing 100 mph. Do you have to find those parts around the map?

The warning is at 12:45. Right before the race.

Yeah I had a drive around the map to get the extra blocks, but I'll have to do more in the career mode before the rest appear.
