We, at least the Company I worked for back in the '70's, used to sell and service Cedarapids Crushing and Paving equipment.( today it's known as Terex-Cedarrapids ) We used to say " a crusher is a machine into which you placed rock at one end, and money pours out the other!" Yes, it sure is interesting to watch all this processing going on, isn't it? Today, I could watch this stuff all day long :) Good video here Dennis, thanks for this one, it brought back memories for sure.

Klemann crusher, contractor in town have one of them, bit bigger. You can screen finer material out with the little conveyer on the side there. Company I'm part owner of have a mobile cone crusher and screener. Some other special crusher also, don't know the English name for them, but make cubical rocks. Sandvik crusher in Jonsson plants. We sell about 200.000 tons of crushed gravel pr year.

Archer Western had a setup like that when they resurfaced I-20 a few years ago. They started out dumping the chunks of concrete in a pit, then I guess they realized crushing it would be a more feasible option. They ended up using what they crushed as a base for the asphalt, then they poured concrete on top of the asphalt.

@@DLHFarms I see. That did seem like a respectable pile of dirt, feeding it through the one crusher would have taken a little while. Funnily enough, the other day I wondered how that glass factory turned out and now you showed us. Was a bit sloppy ground to build a pad from.

How much for door to door delivery? Seriously, for every yard of "screened soil" I've ever ordered from literally any landscape supplier I've ever been to, they probably dump a yard of rocks, glass, metal, plastic, rusty nails, and a dozen other things you don't want in turf grass along with the dirt. Never seen anything like it, seriously can't find anyone that delivers what is asked for anymore. I'd pay good money for anyone who could screen a couple yards like this down to about half an inch. How can we find someone who will do it?

IT’S THE “BIG JOB”! I’m stoked that y’all are able to be a part of the construction for multiple phases of that industrial park! The past videos that you produced of the work that y’all completed there are some of my most treasured videos! Who do the rigid-frame haul-trucks belong to? I was wondering if Haymes Brothers owns them or did they rent them to handle the blasted material? Absolutely loved the video brother! Please keep them coming and know that we appreciate them greatly! (Also, any footage of those rigid-frames, either working or not, would definitely be awesome to see!)

That conveyor is actually for taking the fine material that falls through the pre-screen before the crushing chamber. You can set it that way or the way in this video where the fines fall directly on the main conveyor going to the screen. The magnet is after the crushing chamber, up high.
