Hi my mi 6 front screen glass cracked others all function well, do i need to replace the lcd set or maybe just the touch screen?

After replacing the screen, the navigation buttons are not lighting and lost their sensitivity. Anybody knows why ?

Какая-то странная тактика - отвёртка магнитная, винты к ней липнут, но он их заталкивает обратно в отверстия и после выковыривает пинцетом. Хм..
