Can i coat my merge with only the emulsion without adding dichromate or sensitizer? If no what will happen if i do it please

No, the emulsion remains inactive without the dichromate

Does the amount of light sensitizer determine how long (duration) it will be exposed in the sun?

Please if you mix the sensitizer and the emulsion, should it change color like greenlike color? Also can the coated mesh be dried overnight?

Yes, it's possible to change color to green. If during dry season your mesh can dry within 24hrs but this raining season you might need to be very sure or probably use hand dryer.
