@Bailotfail My mom died of cancer and I have PTSD. I also have it from watching someone drown very violently. I was never in physical harm in either situation. People don’t get to choose what causes PTSD, no matter how severe or mild a situation is. I’m genuinely curious what you believe PTSD means. I’m not saying people don’t use it when it doesn’t need to be used, but you’re making it out like someone’s parent dying, especially in this manner, can’t physically cause PTSD.

We gotta appreciate how Sidney doesn't let Billy manipulate her so easily, thats a strong woman right there.

Tbf Wes Craven got the best out of pretty much the entire cast he was such a great director. Usually in slasher movies most of the cast are just young and aren't Barelly seen again in big movies but so many of the cast from scream got their career take offs thanks to their performances

@@lpphillyfan It did. Neve was getting offers on more horror, but it wasn’t the stuff she wanted to do. On top of that, the fame she garnered from her iconic roles became overwhelming. Next thing you know she moved to England to do theater and act for the BBC, and then years later when she came back is when she was getting different roles she’d finally been looking for i.e. Mad Men, House of Cards, Grey’s Anatomy, etc. She was just in an action film with The Rock maybe less then a few years ago if I’m not mistaken???

Dawn Walker That's what we thought until Scream 3, when it was revealed at the end that Roman (the killer and Sydney's half brother) was the one who really killed their Mother. He did so because she had apparently neglected him since childhood and in my experience, this causes enormous sibling animosity and envy. So it made sense why he would want to kill Sydney.

Spoilers This movie is so ingenious because of how it makes you suspect the real killer right from the get go and then leads you off the trail. It constantly messes with you. There seems to be solid proof that he's not the killer, but he still always has this psychotic look in his eyes. Also brilliant acting.

Mmm, to some people emoting comes very easily. We call those people "actors". They could be reading the phone book and make their voice quiver to sound as if they are on the verge of tears, some can even produce tears while reading or even eating (see Mel Gibson in Signs).

The blend of murder mystery, soap opera, and horror really blows this film out of the water. They’re woven together seamlessly

Fun Scream Fact At the start of the clip, you can see Stu checking his forehead in the mirror. This is because when he attacked Sidney she headbutted him. Stu was checking if he had a bruise from the previous attack.

I love the way everything was planned by billy and stu. Some says he was with this random girl after scream 5 but he was patiently waiting at the stairs to meet sidney. First, he didn't show up to guilt the poor sid, stu told her he is probably heartbreaking, then one of the stu friend appeared as ghostface and scared her. It when billy decided to show up and to say these lines he heard in movies (these lines are so cliches). Everything was calculated.

I came here for Skeet.. but all I keep thinking about is, if the guy at 0:17 is Shaggy from Scooby Doo..

It’s interesting to watch the movie because it’s very obvious throughout that he doesn’t give a crap about her and just wants to sleep with her.

Yea. He's a creep the whole movie.

It's funny because the more you watch this scene, the more you realise exactly what Billy was trying to achieve here. His face at one point, you can just see he knows what he's just said.

I love scream

Billy comparing his mom leaving to a brutal rape & murder really should have given away to audiences that he was Ghostface, but he was such an obvious red herring from the very beginning that people naturally overlooked it.
