I often put ASMR videos on in the background when I'm working, so I can get pretty desensitized. But this video is like an electrical current running through me; it's crazy how strong that scratching trigger is when you do it. Thanks for all the excellent videos!

It's almost 4am here in Scotland and yet again I can't sleep. It all started when I was 22 I was diagnosed with cervical cancer. Long story short. I had lots of treatment including chemo therapy, radio therapy, Brachy therapy and a hysterectomy. The Brachy therapy left me scarred and burnt and in pain. I'm always awake at night. Since I started watching/listening to ASMR videos I've found it easier to unwind and fall asleep. Emma you are my favourite. Not just because we are both ginger hehe. Thank you for your videos. They are truly amazing xxxxx

I know is is from a long time ago, so your treatment might've worked, but I really hope that you will recover, and if not, I wish you to stay positive, and stay happy, although at times, allow yourself to cry. I wish you none but the best. Godspeed. Blessed be.

You should consider buying a hot water bottle or a warm up bean bag if that happens often in your neck. It's soooooo comforting and realxing, especially with ASMR playing! Have a nice day!

I had the same problem recently, turns out you can get an app for your phone that puts it on permanent vibration works great for muscle cramps. I slept with my phone in the crook of my neck :)

Would you like to adopt me? I can take out the rubbish and walk the dog every day :3

Just a few minutes in and already a favorite. Dull scratching sounds like this or books or things like that are really the only thing that trigger me. Mostly I use these videos just to relax but this one hit the spot.

These are the best ASMR's, simple yet amazing! Emma, please do a 'follow the light in the dark' video, with soft whispering. There's not enough. Use bright lights too.
