Thank you so much for helping me, I'm in grade 4 and I know lots of algebra, like x axis and y axis, exponents and square root's and lots more, I like basicly understand what you're really trying to do here.

If you just use the little numbers below the costume in the costume editor, it will show you the exact pixels used for your spacing. (provided the size is 100)

What's next? How to make a 3D battle royale game on Scratch? Jk still these are awesome tutorials.

and btw, for the thing where the gap was too small, look at the size of the costume before. It was 16x16 so you can use the 16 there to fill out that space inside the operator

also your always gonna have to start from MapX 0 when creating levels so you can also put the set MapX to 0 block in the Generate Level.

Making online in scratch isn’t easy

next time multiply the map x variable by the amount of pixels in your square, which in your case is 16x16 so multiply map x by 16.
