Thanks for doing this one. I this may have been the first thing I ever scrapped. I used to troubleshoot my mom's Keurig whenever it stopped working. When she bought a new one, I wanted to see the inside. Didn't realize the stainless was worth something. Set aside motors 'cause I didn't know what to do with them.

I took one of those apart before. You might have missed the chunk of steel in the bottom that acts as a weight to help keep it from tipping over. You may have also missed two small stainless rods.

I miss my old Scrapyard. The other one I go to pays less for the thinner wires! I used to put household wire and appliance wire together- but this othe scrapyard wants them separated. I dont do " averages"- i want $1. 20 a pound fir lamp and appliance wire then whatever ( .50 cents?) For smaller wire. Christmas lights minus the bukbs are much less. PS- scrapyards have high powered magnets- one may think that Stainless Steel Sink contains just that- WRONG! Some are stainless steel coated Tin.

How does a Scrapper get rid of plastic? I'm trying to be subtle in my neighborhood. Any Advice? Motherboards are in such HIGH demand in Canada, Brother. Hope yours changes it's policy. LOVE your videos. Thx so much.

That’s the biggest problem, disposing of the plastic. I don’t have garbage pick up where I live so I take all my garbage to the dump, including the plastic. I wish we could recycle all of this hard plastic. Maybe talk to your recycling facility and ask them what you can do, Canada seems to do a better job with recycling than the USA. If you find out anything about recycling plastic, please let me know. Thank you so much, I really appreciate that. Thank you for the watching.
